Delete your Yarvia account

Summary: You can delete your Yarvia account and all of its data yourself, inside the app, in a few seconds. If you can't open the app, email us and we'll do it for you.

Delete it in the app

Open Yarvia and go to Settings.
Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Or ask us by email

Write to [email protected] from the email address registered to your Yarvia account, with the subject "Delete my account". We complete requests free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

What gets deleted

Your account and everything linked to it: profile and personalization preferences, photos and selfies you uploaded, try-on images, reference images, makeup bag, lessons and session records, coach chat history and in-app records.

What may be kept

Yarvia keeps nothing after deletion, except where a law requires us to. Purchase and subscription records are held by the App Store or Google Play and by our subscription provider (RevenueCat) under their own legal and accounting obligations; you can manage subscriptions in your store account. To also cancel an active subscription, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play — deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription.

Uygulamada: Yarvia'yı aç → Ayarlar → Hesabımı sil → onayla. Silme anında ve kalıcıdır.

E-postayla: uygulamaya kayıtlı e-posta adresinden [email protected] adresine "Hesabımı sil" konulu bir e-posta gönder; talebin en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz sonuçlandırılır.

Silinenler: hesabın ve ona bağlı her şey — profil ve kişiselleştirme tercihlerin, yüklediğin fotoğraflar ve selfie'ler, deneme görselleri, referans görseller, makyaj çantan, ders ve seans kayıtların, koç sohbeti geçmişin ve uygulama içi kayıtların.

Tutulabilecekler: kanunen zorunlu olanlar dışında Yarvia silme sonrası hiçbir şey tutmaz. Satın alma ve abonelik kayıtları App Store / Google Play ve abonelik sağlayıcımız (RevenueCat) tarafından kendi yasal ve muhasebe yükümlülükleri kapsamında tutulur.
