1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Yarvia mobile app and the yarvia.app website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

Yarvia is an educational and coaching app that helps you learn makeup through AR live mirror guidance, 12-season personal color analysis, and step-by-step personalized lessons.

3. Account and Eligibility

You can use the app as a guest or create an account with email. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Yarvia’s core features are free. Premium features are offered via subscription, and payments are charged through the App Store or Google Play. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the period; you can manage renewals and cancellations from your account settings in the relevant app store.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to interfere with the app’s operation, not to reverse-engineer it, and not to copy content without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the app — including lessons, design, branding, and the “Yarvia” name — belongs to Yarvia and is protected by applicable laws.

7. User Content

The photos you upload belong to you. We process these images only to provide the relevant feature to you (e.g. color analysis, virtual try-on). You can delete your images from within the app at any time.

8. Disclaimer

The makeup, color, and skin recommendations Yarvia provides are for personal and aesthetic purposes; they do not constitute medical or dermatological advice. When using cosmetic products, you should follow the manufacturer’s instructions and consult a professional in case of skin sensitivity or allergies. The service is provided “as is.”

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yarvia shall not be liable for indirect damages that may arise from the use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. You may also close your account at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page, and the “last updated” date is refreshed.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
