Summary: Yarvia is an AI-powered makeup coaching app. Live AR mirror guidance is processed entirely on your device and is never uploaded. Photos you deliberately capture (color analysis, closing selfie, virtual try-on) are securely uploaded for AI processing, stored privately in your own account, and can be deleted anytime. 2. Data We Collect

Account and profile information: if you sign in with email, your email address; and the preferences you provide for personalization (e.g. skin tone, undertone, face/eye shape, coaching level).
Camera and image data: Live AR mirror guidance is processed entirely on your device and is not sent to our servers. Photos you deliberately capture — such as color analysis, the closing selfie, and “try it on me” (virtual try-on) — are uploaded to secure cloud storage for AI analysis.
Usage data: in-app interactions such as lesson progress, the products saved in your makeup bag, and badge and streak information.
Subscription information: your premium subscription status. Payments are processed through the App Store and Google Play; we do not store your credit card details.

3. How We Use Data

We use the data we collect solely to provide personalized makeup lessons and analyses, operate and improve the service, ensure security, and meet our legal obligations.

4. AI Processing

Some features — such as color analysis, face analysis, and lesson generation — are processed through secure AI service providers. This processing is limited to providing the relevant feature and uses the minimum data necessary.

5. Storage and Security

The photos you upload and your account data are stored in private (row-level protected) areas accessible only to you. All data transfers are encrypted with SSL, and administrative and technical measures are taken to prevent unauthorized access to your data.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your data is shared only with the infrastructure providers necessary to deliver the service (cloud storage, payments, and analytics) and where legally required.

7. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (including Turkey’s KVKK and, where applicable, the GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data and to object to its processing. You can delete the images you upload and your makeup bag data from within the app at any time, and you can request permanent deletion of your data by closing your account. Yarvia is not directed at users under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from this age group.
